2016 Marcole rebrands and goes Interactive!

Marcole has always delivered full channel integration when it comes to gift registry. We decided to move to “Interactive” in our name. Our focus going forward is to keep pace with technology, which means being Interactive in Mobile as well as Screen Responsive-web page designs.

2013 Marcole releases Version 8 of Gift RegistryWorks™

The new version incorporates “responsive” web pages enabling automatic dynamic sizing of the display dependent on the device Gift RegistryWorks™is being viewed on. This allows gift registries to be created, updated and viewed more conveniently on tablet devices and smart phones, by registrants and gift buyers. Given that gift registries are more likely to be created and viewed on mobile devices today, and even more so in the future, this Gift RegistryWorks™enhancement keeps pace with technology advancements and provides Marcole customers with contemporary best-of-breed gift registry technology – enabling them to grow their gift registry revenue.

2011 Marcole Celebrates it 20th Anniversary with Version 7 of Gift RegistryWorks™ Deployed by Hudson's Bay Company

Hudson’s Bay Company, founded in 1670, is North America’s longest continually operating company. Its flagship stores, The Bay, is the major department store chain in Canada providing their customers with stylish, quality merchandise at great value and with a dedicated focus on exceeding customer expectations. It therefore should be no surprise when they were looking for the same qualities when the time came to replace their antiquated mainframe gift registry. Marcole won the business, and the Hudson’s Bay Company became the first to deploy Version 7 of the Enterprise Edition of Gift RegistryWorks™ as Marcole was celebrating its 20th anniversary.
